BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. is committed to protect the customers’ personal information and will take necessary and relevant measures to safeguard the customers’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from the customers.

This policy only applies to personal information of individuals that are processed for commercial transactions.

This policy does not create a contract between BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. and its customers and does not create any legal rights or liabilities against BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. Customers agree that BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. may collect information that personally identifies the customer when the customers choose to use BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc.’ services.

The processing and utilization of the customers’ personal information will be done in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice herein and all applicable laws.

Personal information refers to data that can be used on its own, or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or an individual in context.

As part of its dealings with the customer, BEXCS may collect personal data, including but not limited to:

    1. Name, gender, civil status, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile numbers, email address, mailing address, proof of identification, and any other information relating to the customer which the latter has voluntarily provided, in submission of any form, and as a result of our interaction with the customer either online or offline;
    2. Bank account and credit card information that the customer provides in availing BEXCS’ products and services;
    3. Information about customer’s visit and use of BEXCS’ websites, digital platforms, and mobile apps, including but not limited to social media profile information, IP addresses, browsing behavior within and throughout BEXCS’ digital assets, and session lengths that are collected by BEXCS’ website analytics tools and cookies that may be placed on customer’s computer. Customer may disable the use of cookies on the browser at any time;
    4. Social media behavior when customer tags, mentions, or posts photographs of any BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. related posts and its subsidiaries publicly on any social media platform (i.e.,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.); and
    5. Customer’s work-related information i.e. company profile, ownership, and participation when applying for vendor accreditation;
    6. Further, BEXCS may collect and store customer’s personal information in a variety of ways:

a. When customer purchases or avails of any of BEXCS’ products, services, promos, activities, and events;

b. When customer interact with BEXCS’ sales or customer care agents, reservation officers and specialists through email, phone, chat services, or face-to-face meetings;
c. When customer submit information through manual forms and online forms on BEXCS digital assets (i.e., websites, apps), or contacts BEXCS through any of its social media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
d. When customer registers, maintains, or uses BEXCS’ digital platforms, including its mobile apps;
e. When customer visits BEXCS premises with CCTV surveillance camera that are used for safety and security of its guests, employees, and other visitors of BEXCS drop off points/stores/branches;
f. When customer provide personal information in relation to inquiries, requests, and complaints;
g. When customer responds to surveys, promotions, and other marketing and sales initiatives;
h. When submitting a job application;
i. When referred to BEXCS by third parties or business partners; and
j. When customer submits personal information to BEXCS for any other reason. Customer warrants that personal information relating to another person that is voluntarily divulged to BEXCS has been given with the consent of such other person to disclose and process his/her personal information in accordance with this policy.


BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. may disclose the customers’ personal information to the following parties (including those located overseas) for the purposes stated above:

    1. To any of our directors, officers, and authorized employees;
    2. Agents and service providers who provide services relating to the purposes of which the personal information is collected including data processing services;
    3. Professional advisers such as lawyers and certified public accountants;
    4. Banks, credit card companies and their respective service providers;
    5. Suppliers or subcontractors; third-party service providers; consultants that have been contracted by BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. to provide logistics, warehousing, freight-forwarding, financial, technical, administrative, and support services such as information technology, payroll, accounting, sales administration, procurement, training, background investigation, and other services, such as but not limited to allowing users to have access to and enjoy other features of our digital platforms;
    6. Any third-party business offering goods and services or sponsor contest or other marketing and promotional programs, where you have provided your consent;
    7. Members of our group of companies or our subsidiaries and affiliates; and,
    8. Our joint venture and VIP clients. In addition, BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. does not sell, trade, or rent customers’ personal information to others. Accessing and Updating customers’ Personal Information. If the User would like to access, update or correct the provided personal information, the User is able to access or correct personal information via our APPs.


BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. reserves the right to amend or update this privacy policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our business practices, processes, or structure. Upon the update or amendment, BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc. will post a notification on the Site and revise the updated date accordingly. The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the customer’s responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
